The Myth about Drinking Water

Water's pretty cool, sure. But are we drinking it in the best way? Maybe not...
Honestly, unless you're really active and sweating a lot, regular tap or fridge water is suitable. That, along with the water in your food ought to give you enough hydration for your blood and your skin.

To those girl bosses and body builders you know that when you sweat, you need some electrolytes. These are just potassium and sodium and jazz that your body uses to contract muscles via the nerves. I would never recommend Gatorade to do this job or any other sugary sweet "health drink" that promises to "refuel your electrolytes"; instead, we will look toward coconut water, fruit juices (also high in sugar), weirdly enough- milk, and if none of those are enticing- Pedialyte. A new trend is also just putting salt in warm water but is salt-water appetizing?
Anyway, don't stress over your electrolytes unless you're sweating a lot or have diarrhea (you get so dehydrated).
Some other fun drinks I recommend, not based off electrolyte levels or anything but just to vary the medium of water intake- tea (so many types), smoothies, matcha, chicken broth, chia water, any juiced fruit or vegetable, and the usual lemon/fruit water.
